Since 2015, this Colorado wedding venue is now part of Raccoon Creek Golf course. This Colorado wedding venue is just south of Denver, making it conveniently located, and it’s best features are the bridal cottage, barn, and pavilion.
Venue Features
There is plenty of getting ready space for both sides of the wedding. The bridal cottage provides a cozy little area for one member of the couple, while the other side of the wedding party can get ready in a space situated within the barn. The bridal cottage conveniently opens right up to the outdoor ceremony space!
The Barn At Raccoon Creek has a few options for your ceremony site, including the outside lawn, inside the barn, and at their new 2,000 sq. ft. pavilion right next to the barn. If you don’t use the pavilion for your ceremony, it can be utilized for a cute, breezy dancefloor!
Parking will not be a problem for your guests, as there is ample parking space on-site, and the wedding venue also provides plenty of rental services, including tables, chairs, linens, and more.
Costs
There are a number of factors that determine how much you may spend to host your wedding at The Barn at Raccoon Creek. During the busy wedding season (May-October), the prices range from $4,000-11,000. In April & November, the pricing is closer to $2,500-8,000.
